We stayed in the new Studio Apartment for two nights at the end of August 2015. The apartment has been crafted by Alan Cameron from a wasted area into a most magnificent asset that was a joy to stay in. All top quality inclusions & decor. Being located at the rear of the property the lack of views wasn’t a concern for us but the quietness was marvelous. We’d recommend this apartment to any couple seeking “value for money”as it is well appointed and comfortable accommodation. Thank you Alan & Lyn.

We came back again after staying at these apartments in 2012 for 4 nights. As the location, premises and fine hosts, Alan & Lyn impressed us so much on our first meeting we returned and stayed 12 nights in early September this year. We were even more impressed and delighted this time as we had an upstairs unit which was newly refurbished and it was so well presented that we felt like it was home and we would have loved to stayed longer if we could have. The location is excellent being so close to the beach, shopping plaza, clubs and pubs etc. The extra attention and service Lyn and Alan provide to their guests is outstanding. They are real nice people who run a very friendly and professional business. We certainly hope to return to Coffs Harbour again in the near future and we will continue to recommend your accommodation to all our friends and relatives. Hi Alan Lyn, I know that its been a few weeks ago that we stayed at your wonderful apartments. After a really relaxing time in mid January our 9 nights went slowly for us which we needed after a very hard and trying year for us. It was great just to relax & enjoy beautiful Coffs and surrounding areas. After our days out it was great to go back to your apartments each night knowing it was peaceful and very clean and enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching the children in the pool. Your BBQ area was fantastic and thank you for letting my family come over and enjoy that and then swim. We have told our friends about your accommodation and my family are looking to come up later this year. I know that you will make them feel very welcome as you did with us. It was so nice talking to you both as we were leaving. Again a very big thank you and we wish you both all the best. Keep up the good work.

Alan the owner was really friendly and gave me a quick tour of the apartment showing me how things worked. The apartment was very roomy and clean and suited myself and my teenage son well as we wanted separate bedrooms. The pool area was really nice and private and not at the front of the property like most other places in the area. The tariff was very fair and it is a place I would certainly return to with all my family. A short walk to Park Beach Plaza and 5 minute walk to beach, clubs and pubs. Recommended.
